This project involved the Mechanical & piping install for new plant including tie in work to existing load out gantry via pipebriges.

The product in the new tank farm is highly flammable so fire fighting and foam systems were also installed.

• Fabrication & install of 400+ metres of small bore Stainless Steel pipe to ASME IX
• Fabrication & install of 1300+ metres of large bore Stainless Steel pipe to ASME IX
• Fabrication & install of 500+ metres of carbon steel hot dipped galvanised pipework
• Manufacture & install of 60 metre pipebridge into existing plant
• Service lines, air, water and nitrogen lines
• Pump, valve, actuator valve and fire fighting equipment installation
• Stairways, walkways and pipe supports
• NDT to ASME IX
• Hydrotesting to ASME B31.3
• Commissioning

= Outcome

This was a greenfield site that required connection into an existing load out system. COVID provided some challenges in terms of no access to site during lockdown, however work continued behind the scenes with QA and planning.  Outside of that the project was completed on time and within budget.

No incidents or injuries occured on the project.
